Over the past month, lumber costs stood at US$455 mfbm, highlighting a decrease of $29 or 6% in the current week's pricing.

In contrast to the same week in the previous year, where lumber was valued at $610 mfbm, the current week's price reflects a substantial 30% decrease, equivalent to $184.

Furthermore, when compared to two years prior, when lumber prices were at $539 mfbm, the present week's price showcases a decline of 21%.
